Event Description
State of Indiana is considering a law allowing net metering of electric use. This is the key to widespread local energy production, breaking our reliance on the big companies by turning them (eventually) into just an exchange of energy rather than the sole source.
Past hearings have been well attended by utility company reps and inadequately by the public - partly due to poor publicity.
